International Orders: Why We Advise Against Mail Forwarding ServicesUpdated 4 months ago

We understand how disappointing it can be that we cannot currently ship our seeds to your country. Trust us, we’re just as bummed about it! While it’s possible to use a third-party mail forwarding service to have our seeds forwarded from the U.S. to your location, we do not recommend this.

Why We Don’t Recommend Third-Party Mail Forwarding

Although we guarantee delivery within the U.S., we cannot guarantee safe or intact delivery once your package is handed off to a third-party mail forwarding service. Unfortunately, this means:

  • Lost or damaged orders: If your package is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive after being transferred to a mail forwarding service, we won’t be able to offer replacements or refunds.
  • Germination guarantee issues: If seeds arrive in poor condition and fail to germinate, we won’t be able to provide replacements, as our delivery guarantee only applies to U.S. addresses.

Use at Your Own Risk

You are, of course, welcome to use a mail forwarding service to obtain our top-quality genetics, but please do so at your own risk. We’d love nothing more than to guarantee delivery to your country, but until we can ship internationally, we want to ensure you’re fully informed about the risks.

Even if we can’t deliver seeds to your location, you can still take advantage of the many resources we offer! Our website is packed with helpful information, and our growing experts are always available to answer your questions.
