We take great care to send out orders correctly, but mistakes can happen. If your order arrives with missing items, follow the steps below, and we’ll replace any lost items as quickly as possible.
Steps to Report Missing Items
- Contact our Customer Success Specialists using the Support Center within one week of delivery. Having your order number ready will help us find and reship your missing items faster.
- Please send a clear picture of the parcel or seed baggie, so we can verify what you received.
- Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send out the missing items as soon as possible.
