We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or update your ILGM order, we’re here to help.
Canceling Your Order
To cancel your order, contact our Customer Success Specialists through the Support Center. The fastest way to reach us is via the Chat Function.
For unpaid orders: We can cancel your order right away.
For paid orders: We’ll cancel the order and issue a refund.
For shipped orders: Please return the package unopened or refuse delivery. USPS will return it to us, and we’ll issue a refund once it arrives.
Changing Your Order
Need to adjust your order? No problem! Here’s how it works:
Reach out to us via the Support Center chat.
If payment has been processed:
- We can swap strains for those of the same price if they’re in stock.
- If the new strain costs more, we’ll guide you on how to pay the difference.
If the order has been shipped: Return the package unopened. Once we receive it, we’ll process your new order with the updated strains.
