For paid and unshipped orders:

Kindly get in touch with our support team immediately after payment so they can halt the shipment and initiate a refund. Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method.


For paid and shipped orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if it has already shipped. 

In such cases, we will guide you through the process of returning the unopened order contents to our warehouse at your own cost. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued. Please contact our support team to initiate your return request.


Can I cancel part of my order or specific items within an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify it upon your request. Please contact our support team as soon as possible after payment.


Why was my order canceled without my request?

Orders may be canceled for various reasons, such as item unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If you did not request the cancellation, please contact our customer support for clarification
