Are you not located in the USA and are planning to use a mail forwarding service to receive your order? 
Unfortunately, this rarely works out well, so we advise against using a mail forwarding service.
 

We only guarantee delivery to the USA address you've submitted when placing your order.
So if your order is lost along the way, you are not eligible to get a free reshipment or refund.
